Ravi has completed his studies and is practicing law. He is in love with his colleague Shalaka, daughter of the Public Prosecutor. Rakesh, a freelance journalist and photographer is in love with Radha. Radha lived with a millionaire Ranjit Rai, who as fate would have it, is murdered and Radha accused for the murder.
