Bansi and her elder sister Mansi, have acquired the gift of a divine voice from their father, Vrindavan an illustrious singer. Vrindavan turns alcoholic when his beloved wife dies. He sinks deep into it and his death leaves the young sisters orphaned. They come to Bombay where a leading music director Indraneel discovers Mansi’s talent. A tender romance develops. Bansi too had a burning desire to sing but her elder sister gets her married to Suresh Ghabade. The ever ambitious Mansi breaks off with Indraneel who changes to discover the talent of the younger sister. The rivalry between the two sisters is rekindled. They both continue to grow individually scaling new heights of popularity. Saaz is a brave woman’s battle to come to terms of life, with the help of her music. She does not give up even when she loses her most cherished possession - her golden voice. |
