Here comes a movie that dares to be different. And to which extent? The film, it seems, starts with a day of October 1 and ends while Gandhi's birth anniversary is going on. Karan Abhyankar is a fearless and courageous police officer in the encounter cell. He is deputed by the chief minister to kill an underworld criminal, Bhau, in an encounter.
