KHILADI Raj is a popular collegian. Betting is his favorite hobby and he proves himself to be the king of betting. His best pal Bonny always loses to Raj and finally admits that he is indeed, the best at betting. Sheetal is their good friend and is secretly in love with Bonny but he is not aware of it. Neelam is a new student to college and when Raj sees her, it is love at first sight. Bonny and Raaj disguise as girls to accompany them to a basketball camp. However, they are caught. Sheetal's father threatens Raj in that he will tell about this to his older brother. Raj quickly apologizes but is mad at Sheetal's father. He makes a bet with Sheetal that he can manage to force her father at his feet. They make a bet and come up with a plan. They take Sheetal out of the city, and phone her father that they have kidnapped her and ask Rs. 5 lakh in ransom. They threaten to kill her if they don't get the money. However, Sheetal is really murdered. She was the only one who could prove that Raj, Bonny, and Neelam were innocent but she now has died. Were Raj, Neelam, and Bonny convicted of murder?
